Schoen Construction and Design, LLC has been building and remodeling homes in Northeastern Wisconsin since 1976, under founder/owner Steve Schoen. Paul Gutowski, joined the team with over 30 years in construction in 2000. Paul was an asset to the business and Schoen Constructions clients. In 2016, Paul and Julie Gutowski purchased the business from Steve and have been serving clients in the home building industry every since.

They are also proud members of the highly credible organizations: Brown County Home Builders Association, Wisconsin Builders Association and the National Association of Home Builders. Paul has a passion for home construction industry and enjoys being on site with the clients, and taking them through the home building or remodeling process each step of the way. He considers himself a "hands-on, on-site" general contractor, which is truly favorable in the eyes of all his clients. Listening and communication is key to building. Paul believes it's important to help keep things simple and stress-free for every client he helps.
